加拿大兒童福利 (Canada Child Benefit)，簡稱CCB, 我們很多人稱為”牛奶金”，是一項每月發放免税福利，主要是補助加拿大撫養18歲以下小孩開銷。加拿大牛奶金發放期每年7月到翌年6月， 12 期。加拿大税局(CRA) 會您和您配偶税表信息，每年 7 月計算CCB 。
只要你符合以下所有條件, 您可以每月領取牛奶金幫補家用:
如果您小孩是加拿大出生， 您可以新生兒出生登記同時申請牛奶金。大多數情況下，登記會醫院或者分娩中心書面形式進行。
如果您是移民或者迴流加國居住居民，您需要填寫RC66表並附上相關信息文件申請牛奶金。您申請過牛奶金後，每年申報個税時會申請牛奶金，所以需要每年填寫申請表。
2020年家庭收入基準，領取2021年7月到2022年6月牛奶金為例, 如果您家庭收入於 $32,028, 您可以獲得聯邦兒童福利:
小孩數量，下表列出每個家庭每月可領取牛奶金金額 (假設小孩沒有殘疾)有一名小孩家庭
於多個因素會影響牛奶金計算結果，如果您狀態有變 (如搬到省份，伴侶和小孩入境或離境)，儘通知税局您信息。
需要注意是，牛奶金是以上一年家庭淨收入計算，如果您或者您伴侶沒有申報個人所得税，税局會停止發放牛奶金了。

這是加拿大政府兩年以來第二次上調牛奶金，2017-2019年度，安省有超過130萬個家庭領到近90億牛奶金。
2016年起，加拿大兒童福利（CCB ）取代了全球兒童保育福利金和加拿大兒童税收福利金。6歲以下兒童父母可領$6,400，6歲-17歲兒童福利金為$5,400。
2019-2020年度起，每名6歲以下兒童福利金為$6639加元，每名6歲到17歲兒童$5602加元。
